Don’t forget to register your child for upcoming cardiovascular testing!
This is a friendly reminder to register your child for upcoming cardiovascular testing at Ellinwood High School on November 19, 2016.
Wimbledon Athletics has tested thousands of students across the country for vascular conditions and for heart conditions that cause sudden cardiac arrest, and they have helped save many lives. At 3 out of 4 schools where they test, dangerous abnormalities are identified in students!
I strongly encourage you to be proactive about your child’s health. So many of the conditions that cause sudden cardiac arrest are genetic and do not present any warning signs or symptoms. We want to make sure our students stay safe and, to do that, we need to have them evaluated.
To register your child, please schedule an appointment and complete your paperwork by clicking the links below:
Visit www.WimbledonHealthPartners.com/register to view the FAQs and access the “How to Prep for Testing” flyer.
If you have any questions, please contact Wimbledon Health Partners directly at (855) 200-8262. I look forward to protecting your child’s health and safety!
